Creativity: The Hidden Cost of Dogma & Rigidity
In this episode we are exploring how dogma and rigid thinking can limit our creativity and our ability to thrive and lead to cognitive dissonance which can lead us further into our rigid thinking. Is there an opportunity to see something else? In the world right now, there is plenty of rigid thinking about any number of issues: politics, pandemic, and social justice.
