We would love to wave a magic wand and prevent each and every baby or child from getting sick at any point but especially after you have worked so hard on sleep coaching! Pam and Elisa have many powers but unfortunately, that is not one of them. It is inevitable that your child will get sick at some point and it can be so overwhelming and disheartening to have worked so hard on sleep and then have to take steps back when illness strikes. We want to make sure that you know how to keep things on track as much as possible and or get things back on track if you had to do more to help your little one fall asleep when they were sick.
