In my 6th year as a certified fitness trainer and 4th year as a senior fitness specialist, I\u2019m more convinced than ever that strength training is the key to safe and enjoyable senior living. In this podcast I weave through the particular benefits of regular strength training. Oddly enough, these benefits apply to just about everyone\u2014even those who won\u2019t need to push 60 aside for 20 more years.
