There are many approaches that pitch the \\u201cless is more\\u201d mindset or \\u201cthe easy way to (insert goal here).\\u201d But there is no shortcut, quick fix, or expert trick. Some approaches promise to help you find harmony and balance, but they miss the mark of your specific challenges and what you are trying to achieve.

\\u201cTrying to hide from friction or challenge, and seeking some utopian magic pathway that\'s bathed in balance, it\'s nonsense.\\u201d (20:25)

Whether you are a time-starved athlete or a busy executive, the foundation Matt lays out will help you apply focus around the strategies and practices that can help you improve performance and develop the capacity to achieve long-term success.
