In honor of the Thanksgiving holiday here in the United States, we\\u2019re taking the week off and featuring a few \\u201cBest of\\u201d segments from recent episodes. The common themes throughout?\\xa0

If your plan is to simply repeat your approach for this year \\u2014 you are regressing, not growing \\u2014 no matter what your prior success is.

We say evolve or die \\u2014 and it isn\\u2019t just for athletes.\\xa0 If you think you have it all figured out, then it is time to retire or go and do something else.\\xa0 Instead, reflect, review, ask for the gift of honest feedback, ask questions, seek advice.

It isn\\u2019t weakness \\u2014 it is strength.
