I have really bad days. Days to wear I want to say F*** IT! I Quit. I Feel Like such a Loser! The only thing that brings me back from this and powers me through my negative thoughts and emotions is the gym. I workout those feelings. Weights, cardio, sauna doesn't matter. I get something done until I don't feel like a loser anymore. It's the only thing I know that fixes my state of mind.
