My meditation is different from the traditional practices. Movement gives me peace. Breaking a sweat brings me piece. Maybe this works for you. Or maybe it's walking, gardening, ect. Find an activity that give you inner peace and you will have found your meditation. This is great for people who find it extremely difficult to meditate sitting still.
