Ellen and Marie discussed yoga and meditation as activities they\'d like to get back into. Walking, social activities or new hobbies are also great ideas.\\n\\nResources mentioned in this episode:\\nMarie\'s website - needtoseesomeone.com and resources here.\\nSeligman\'s PERMA+ Model - a foundational model in positive psychology\\nCharles Duhigg\'s The Power of Habit\\nBJ Fogg\'s Tiny Habits\\n\\nLittle Lessons for Leaders Masterclass: Creating Hard Stops on Meeting Creep and Zoom Gloom.
