Cutting and Bulking Mistakes

In today's episodes I go over the right and wrong approach to cutting/bulking. We bulk in effort to gain muscle, and we cut in effort to lose fat generally speaking.  Most people successfully do these things in their cuts/bulks, however there are a few common mistakes I see which negatively affect the entire process.
