Imagine a day filled with running, with encouragement and cheering from fellow women who embrace movement, friendships and going after big (and small) goals \\u2013 and who love Michigan\\u2019s scenic landscape just as much as you.
You\\u2019ll experience all of this \\u2013 and more \\u2013 when you take part in the inaugural\\xa0Michigan Runner Girl Trail 10K & 5K\\xa0on\\xa0Sunday, August 4 in beautiful northern Michigan, near the shores of Lake Michigan on the picturesque Leelanau Peninsula.
This all-women\\u2019s event takes place in Leelanau\\u2019s wine country, on the sprawling\\xa045 North Vineyard & Winery property just outside the village of Suttons Bay and 20 miles north of Traverse City. You\\u2019ll experience the vineyard\\u2019s gorgeous trails (created just for running, cycling and hiking). You\\u2019ll receive a sweet finisher\\u2019s medal and commemorative wine glass (and a wine pour, if you\\u2019d like one; we\\u2019ll have non-alcoholic drinks available, too).
