On this episode I share something a little different. A Lose Weight. Live Life. Academy member recently asked me a question about my personal weight loss mindset changes on one of our live calls. It was a great question and made me think about the changes that occurred over time, and how some of my mindset shifts were intentional and others were not.

And the reason that I want to share my response to that question with you here on the podcast too is because I want you to see how few of those mindset shifts were food related. I also want to share how some mindset shifts came about because of hard work and how others occurred more intuitively. \\xa0I think my story also illustrates that change does take time, and that\\u2019s okay. \\xa0
