On this episode I introduce you to the BALANCE Pathway.
\\xa0
The B.A.L.A.N.C.E Pathway will transform your physical and emotional well-being. It\'s your step-by-step approach to balance eating for nourishment with eating for pleasure, to balance your emotional life, and to help you empower your inner mentor and take control of your inner critic.
\\xa0
The difference between the BALANCE Pathway and a diet is that the diet is effectively papering over the cracks of whatever the reasons are that you are or have been overeating. A diet doesn\\u2019t address what\\u2019s going on for you in your brain, your mind and your body that is making it difficult for you to not overeat.\\xa0 The solution is addressing overeating at the causal level, which is taking care of what\'s going on in your brain, your body, your mind, and your emotions.
