In this episode I talk to you about Christmas thought errors.

\\xa0

What if I told you the reason that you, me or the average woman gains weight over Christmas has little to do with the parties and celebrations and the special Christmas foods available, and far more to do with a person\\u2019s thoughts, mindset and beliefs about Christmas.

\\xa0

Your thoughts about Christmas parties and celebrations, Christmas food, family members and friends you see at Christmas and the perspective you have on your life throughout the rest of the year are the cause of your Christmas overeating and weight gain, and not the food nor the occasion.

\\xa0

Logically you know that already, because of course everyone has the same opportunity to overeat and indulge at Christmas time and yet not everyone does.

\\xa0

So today I focus on exploring the thoughts that create the feelings, that fuel the action of you eating things that are not aligned with your weight goals, that are not aligned with you being the person who doesn\\u2019t overeat at Christmas.

\\xa0

Before you can become the person who has the relationship with Christmas food that you want, you first need to be aware of the details of your current festive food relationship.
