Guided Meditation for Pain Relief This guided meditation was inspired by my own experience with chronic pain and was specifically designed to bring compassion and kindness to those of you who are going through the physical and emotional challenges of dealing with pain. Pain is a normal part of our human experience. Globally it is estimated that about 1 in 5 people or 1.5 billion people worldwide experience chronic pain.  This meditation is designed to bring acceptance, relaxation and softening to the experience of pain in your body. Each time you listen you will deepen the loving kindness, compassion, acceptance and  softening around pain that is possible through breathing and visualization.
