I talk about my friend Jeff overpack some things that I\'ve seen him practice I can\'t say that I\'ve been taught this by him but it\'s things that he\'s definitely lived in his life and so reinforced. You know I think some of the times that we don\'t value our friends until they\'re gone. He truly was a gift. In my life, and a friend.
