Published: Aug. 14, 2020, 1:16 p.m.

This week we speak to Asha from Wayahead (formerly the NSW Mental Health Association). Asha is a registered art therapist, published researcher and someone who has a lived experience with living with Borderline Personality Disorder. In this chat we talk about the work of Wayahead, art and the importance of creativity in recovery from a mental health condition and one of the best explanations of how the brain works that I have ever heard. Don't forget you can listen on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify and all good podcasting platforms.
