Sometimes we just need a break. We need to step away, perhaps even go outside, and give ourselves permission to simply BE. This week I had the honor of connecting with a young woman who has learned through her own mental health journey about how powerful a break truly can be.

Celina Celeste is no ordinary young person. After walking through her own depression she decided to take her mental health into her own hands by stepping outside of the box of what most people her age are doing and begin an inward journey of healing and self discovery. After walking through two major social media breaks and making outdoors and travel a priority, Celina shares with us the positive impact these experiences had on her mental health.

In this episode, we talk about the things we can do now to be more proactive in our mental wellness and how we can experience peace by incorporating certain habits into our lives. We discuss how we can become the biggest allies to our own recovery, how we can uncover tools of healing within us, and how we can change even when our environment stays the same.

This is an incredible episode that will help you rethink the process of healing and equip you to begin the journey today. If you need any additional support in your mental health journey please connect with us in our private Facebook group: Hope to Recharge. We have a community waiting there to support you and elevate you to the next level. Because as we always say, together is better!
