Mini-Mindfulness Meditation

I recco this or your own ritual if you have a high level of stress in your life or you can't seem to shut your brain off at night. Just do it first-thing in the morning or at lunch while you\\u2019re taking a walk. Anywhere really, as long as you can close your eyes and be uninterrupted for about ten minutes.
