This week, we are talking about the fear of confrontation. The ability to speak up for yourself is a skill you must learn and practice over time. The fear of confrontation is at the root of many people's distress. Workplace issues, relationship troubles, and interpersonal problems could likely be resolved if only people were able to address their concerns in an open and direct manner. When you’re learning to speak up for yourself , there are some fundamental things you must work on in order to not have a fear of confronting another person, but being comfortable in your own skin and to speak your own mind.
