Empathy is one of the most important characteristics of any relationship, but it's also something that takes lots of hard work. It can wear us down, physically and mentally, cause stress and anxiety, and even trouble sleeping. This is called Empath Fatigue. Empaths are like emotional sponges - they take on other's problems and it leaves them more vulnerable to fatigue. In this week's episode, I will talk about the symptoms of empath fatigue, personal experiences and ways you can learn and improve these symptoms.
