When we think about nature, it does give us a sense of calm and centred-ness. This is because nature and us are interconnected. Fluidly continuous just like how our breath connects with us.

When we breathe out air,

Plants from nature take in our air;

\\n

When we breathe in air,

\\n

They breathe and give out theirs.

\\n

For this episode, we will invite a mountain into our view. I felt grounded doing this but you might feel the other way. Up or down, give it a try.
