In a certain meditation, we have a chance to expand and strengthen our concentration by teaching ourselves to come back to our breathing space again and again. But first, we need to allow ourselves to enjoy the moment we consciously breathe.
\\nBeing aware of our breath naturally allows us to naturally be in the present moment.
\\nSo here\'s a little exercise to increase our awareness of our concentration. It\'s just a practice to come back to the breath.
