End of 10 episodes! Thank you very much for following me this far (especially that one person who has been following me), and thank you for your patience as I embark on this new journey. It has been an amazing time trying to hide in the bedroom whilst the kids are either sleeping or watching TV and hiding under the blanket with my mic plugged into the phone with my tablet open looking at the scripts.

I'd like to recommend to those of you who are doing this on a weekly basis to try increasing the frequency of meditation. I did start off at once a week, and then took a course where I focused on one episode 7 days in a row. Adding to that I had a notebook that I write about how I felt different with each session usually in one word or two and then just reflect back. Kinda like keeping a diary of what you eat or your weight etc if you're into notifying changes.

I am really confident that you've start to feel a slight change internally if not now just be patient as it will come to you =).

And remember, change is constantly happening whether you feel like you've taken a step back, struggling with any expectations, because really there are none.

Now let's debunk a couple of myths about meditation, and it is the idea that we need to have a still and quiet mind as some sort of achievement when meditating. This is not entirely true and I want to prove it by doing an activity. Don't worry its way shorter than my episodes :)

The 2 myths? Listen to find out ;)
