#30: What To Do When You Don't Wanna Do Anything

"I don't wanna do anything" comes up from time to time. I don't want to go to the gym, eat healthily, read my book, do my work...I don't want to do anything. I had a break from releasing an episode because I was going through this. I was feeling fatigued, uninspired, unmotivated, and unwilling to do work. This episode gives you some insight into how I work through these ebbs and flows to get back on track and balanced.
