When a friend reaches out to you about a problem they\'re facing or if they\'re having a bad day, it\'s likely you\'ll comfort and support them. On the flip side, when it comes to ourselves, we\'re often harsh and judgemental. Why is it that we can be kind to our friends but critical of ourselves? In this episode, we\'ll be exploring the different types of self-care and how you can integrate self-compassion on a daily basis.
