Jennifer's weight loss and strength training has changed everything for her. Now, she's around 130 lbs. STAVING OFF SEIZURES Jennifer has epilepsy. She had been on medication from age 19 or 20. They paralyzed her face, gave her blisters, and she was still having terrible seizures that were controlling much of her life. Her doctor told her keto should be a 'last resort' for cholesterol reasons. One day, she came across the . Within her first month of keto, the seizures stopped.  6 months in, she hadn't had a seizure and went to the doctor. Her doctor crazily referred her to a nutritionist who recommended seed oils and the like. She didn't follow this advice, but did titrate off of her medication with the help of her doctor.
