Dr. Cindy Tsai is an award-winning physician, bestselling author, TEDx speaker, mindfulness teacher and wellness/life coach who is on a mission to redefine self-care. She loves helping leaders and healers transform their stress into strength so they can feel so much better.

Dr. Tsai earned BA and MS degrees from Johns Hopkins University and MD degree from Dartmouth.
