I am super grateful and excited to share another season with you. I am incredibly humbled that I have had such amazing guests over the past couple of seasons that have come on this podcast and shared their stories with me so I can share these conversations with you. The objective for this season is the same, with mental health at the forefront but also normalizing conversations around mental health, adversity and personal struggles. My goal is to highlight that we are not alone regarding these conversations. 

This season, I am also hoping to bring in more therapists on the podcast so we can better understand a different perspective and learn from each other regarding mental health.
