I had the pleasure of speaking with Emily Griffin, Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Yoga instructor. Emily works 1x1 with clients to remedy common imbalances (like GI & skin issues, hormonal imbalances, feeling crummy) by using diet, lifestyle, and herbal remedies. Ayurveda is an individualized, ancient approach to health and wellness - it\'s not a diet or exercise plan - it\'s a way of life specifically designed for your symptoms, your goals, and your busy life.\\xa0

Emily was young when a major digestive disorder disrupted her busy life. She had the good fortune of being single and childless when she suffered her bouts of exhaustion. She was in college, not in the middle of a high-powered career when her skin started breaking out. No one was depending on her to take care of them, so she got to take care of herself, and it changed her life. Now she helps other people, especially women, get back to feeling like themselves again.
