Published: Jan. 20, 2020, 2 p.m.

I’ve been so blown away by the tremendous support and encouragement I’ve received for my book, The Little Book Of Game-Changers: 50 Healthy Habits For Managing Stress & Anxiety (Viva Editions) – thank you! Because many of you have asked about the book writing process, in today’s podcast I’m sharing some specifics about my experience writing the book, namely whether I worked with an agent and how I managed to write 60,000 words in three months.

Though the writing process varies by individual, I made use of some strategies which can apply to writing projects of varying sizes. In this episode I discuss which were most useful as I put pen to paper and how I made use of my natural energy ebbs and flows during the writing process.

The Little Book of Game Changers: 50 Healthy Habits for Managing Stress & Anxiety is available on Amazon and other booksellers.I am so excited to share the many no-nonsense coping mechanisms I’ve made use of many times in my life, and hope they will help you focus on living a healthy life and lead you to improving your eating habits, sleep, energy levels, mentality, and exercise routines.
