Lisa Cohen also joined us to share her experience with bariatric surgery. Now we have had bariatric surgeons on the show before but Lisa was the first bariatric survivor to join us. She has lost 75 pounds and kept it off for almost 2 years now. The surgery worked great for her and she has not had any setbacks. If you are considering bariatric surgery - Lisa did the lap band you have to listen to hear all about her experience. This surgery set her back a lot of money that she had to pay for out of pocket - but she does share a way that her mother got the surgery done for almost nothing. So we had a new installment of\\n...Dr Fitness\' "Things You Can Do Today" To Not Get Sunburned Tomorrow.\\xa0Here are\\na\\xa0few of Dr. Fitness\' secrets about how to avoid a bad sunburn...Number 1, use lots of sunscreen a minimum of spf 30. Put on more than you think you need and reapply if you go in the water. Number\\n2, if you have fair skin wear a big brimmed hat and sunglasses. And\\nNumber\\n3, stay out of the sun during peak times of 10am and 2pm. He had a few more tips\\nbut you\'ll have to listen to get them.
