Number 2, to determine what kind of arch you have do this...Wet the sole of your foot then step on a paper bag. If the visible print of the bottom of your foot looks like a foot then you have a low arch or flat feet. If the curve of your foot cuts all the way across the width of your foot then you have a high arch.
