b'"The funniest weight loss and fitness radio show on the internet." Please click on the POD button to listen to this weeks Dr. Fitness and the Fat Guy show. Our new and improved podcast is now commercial free. This week Doctor Fitness gives you the skinny on how to avoid the four most common exercise program killers. Dr. Shafran\'s tips this week are 1) If you have no plan and don\'t incorporate rest intervals in your program you will fail. 2) If you think you can only spot train certain body parts you will fail 3) If you think you can just do strength training, cardio or flexibilty training you will fail. You must do all three 4) If you keep adding more exercises and more weight and more cardio time you will fail. Remember the best way to stick with your exercise program is to have a partner that is going to watch your back to keep you on track. If you missed this weeks show live you missed some funny stuff like: Adam sharing his favorite Winter Olympic moments; Lee still hasn\'t watched any of the Olympics but he does share his favorite sitcoms (My Name is Earl, The Office and Scrubs) and his favorite dramas (The Shield, 24 and CSI); Jen Singer host of the website www.mommasaid.net and Lee compare parenting styles and give lots of parenting tips. Other things we talked about were: how to peel a pomegranate; how to fix a toilet; our new myspace page (www.myspace.com/drfitnessandthefatguy) and some teachers in Florida who were inspired by our book started a Biggest Loser contest at their school Coral Sunset Elementary.
