Dr Fitness also gave us his Fitness Tips\\non the Unemployed\\xa0 Workout. these are tips to help people who are with out a job feel better about themselves, get in shape and maybe even find work. Number 1 Network at the gym. Number 2. Working out will release endorphins and that will make you feel good. Number 3\\nYou\'ll sleep better after a workout so you won\'t be up all night stressing about your unemployment. There were lots more tips but you have to\\nlisten to get them.
