She said that health-wise eating most fish and especially salmon is good for you. But from an environmental perspective eating wild salmon is probably the way to go. We also had on Susan Bellone and Matt Jones. These two inspirational people have teamed up to help feed the hungry. Susan started Potatoes for Pounds where she has donated 10 pounds of potatoes for every pound she has lost. And she is encouraging others to follow her lead. Matt is a gallery owner who does events and encourages his patrons to donate potatoes and other food as their ticket into his events.
