The premise of his Flavor Point Diet is that you have a tendency to stay hungry longer and eat more when you eat more flavors. So limit the flavors you eat and lose weight. Number 2, eat some fruit for breakfast because fiber fills you up. Some high fiber fruits include: apples, pears, and berries. And\\nNumber\\n3, slow down while you eat.
