She gave some great tips on what to do to prevent your daughter from getting an eating disorder such as not freaking out if she is a picky eater. About 75% of members stop going to the gym in 90 days. Number 2, gyms are a cesspool. There are germs everywhere...on the machines, the swiss balls, the mats, the cardio equipment. Be sure to wipe down everything you touch. And Number 3, try not to have a heart attack at the gym...most are not equipped to handle any kind of medical emergency.
