Dr. Fitness thinks it\'s a little premature to annoint red wine as the next best anti-aging beverage. But the Fat Guy says drink up.

Dr. Fitness also talked about Smart-Lipo, a new liposuction method that is taking New York by storm. It uses lasers, which is always cool and actually melts fat. The Fat Guy gives it 5 belly jiggles and is trying to geta flight to New York to get on the waiting list for the procedure.

Dr. Fitness gave his tips for starting an effective strength training program. He said to start with 8-12 exercises, do 8-12 repititions per set and do 1-2 sets to start out. He gave a lot more tips, but you\'ll have to listen to the show or check out his blog to get them.
