Some of Dr. Shafran\'s tips are 1) Keep your routine between 8-12 exercises. 2) Alternate between body parts that are in front and behind each other like: chest & back, bicep & tricep, quadricep & hamstring, abs & lower back 3) Your workout should take 30-35 minutes and you should do it 2-3 times a week 4) You should work from your large body parts to your small body parts.
