Our new and improved podcast is now commercial free. This week Doctor Fitness gives you the skinny on how to get a good night\'s sleep each night. Dr. Shafran\'s tips to sleep as well as Tony Soprano does are 1) go to sleep at the same time each night, even on the weekends. 2) Avoid smoking, drinking caffeine or alcohol or eating, and exercise too close to bedtime (3 hours) 3) Create a dark, cool, quiet environment to sleep in. 4) Bed is for sleeping anfd loving not watching TV. Dr. Fitness had a few more tips but I couldn\'t write them down fast enough so listen to the show. The Fat Guy\'s tips for falling asleep quickly are 1) ambien, valium or tylenol pm 2) watch baseball, golf or soccer and 3) eat a big meal preferably chinese food.
