Eating organic berries instead of conventional ones can reduce your exposure to pesticides, and recent research suggests that it also may give you a nutrient boost.

According to Marissa Lippert\'s, M.S., R.D. article in this month\'s Eating Well magazine the bottom line is...\\u201cEating more fresh fruits and vegetables in general [not necessarily organic ones] is the point,? says Alyson Mitchell, Ph.D., an associate professor of food science and technology at University\\n of California, Davis.

If buying all organic isn\\u2019t a priority\\u2014or a financial reality for you\\u2014you might opt for organic specifically when you\\u2019re selecting foods that are most heavily contaminated with pesticide and insecticide residues. According to the Environmental Working Group (www.ewg.org), those include peaches, apples, bell peppers, celery, nectarines, strawberries, cherries, lettuce, imported grapes and pears.

So take a peek\\ninto his food diary. You never know what he\'ll write. Somehow he can stay\\ncompliant to writing on Twitter but he can\'t fit in exercise each day. That\'s\\nright, moments after he eats something the Fat Guy Twitters about it and you\\ncan follow him so that one day if you try real hard you too can look like the\\nFat Guy. Max recaps the week in entertainment\\nand gives his take and review of what he liked and didn\'t like on TV, at the\\nmovies, video games, in books and in music and even restaurant reviews.
