She called in from Barcelona, Spain at around one in the morning so we are very grateful. www.ExtraPounds.com has proven to help people lose weight due to the vital support members receive from their fellow bloggers on the site. The website is fun and easy to navigate. Each member gets a blog, tracking devices and a fun avatar to help them stay on track. \\xa0Bob Gray from www.FitPod.com also joined us this evening. FitPod is also a free community online for everything fitness and iPod. They are fitness and music enthusiasts who are trying to build the best fitness and music site on the web. One of the funnest things on the site are the fitLists. A fitList is a playlist created for specific fitness or wellness activities. One of the keys to a good fitList is to match the Beats per Minute to the activity. For walking you need music that is around 110 beats per minute, while running you need to be in the 135-150 bpm range.
