So we had another installment of\\n...Dr Fitness\' "Things You Can Do Today" To Lose Weight\\nTomorrow.\\xa0Here are\\na\\xa0few of Dr. Fitness\' secrets about how to make sure you are losing weight even if you do some traveling at hotels...Number 1, before you book the hotel make sure they have some workout equipment or pool. Number\\n2, avoid the vending machines. Bring in healthy snacks from nearby grocery stores. And\\nNumber\\n3, explore the city - go for a walk or a run.

The Doctor had to bring a double dose of tips. Here are\\na\\xa0few of Dr. Fitness\' secrets about how to sleep well each and every night...Number 1, don\'t eat right before bedtime.\\nNumber\\n2, take a hot bath or shower right before going to bed. And\\nNumber\\n3, make the bedroom a sanctuary - no TV,\\xa0 no computer - just a place to rest and relax.

Kathie\\nwas in Michigan doing something for the Real Savvy Moms TV show but she\\ndid give away some of our books which made the doctor happy. She\'ll be\\naway for the next couple of weeks as she films\\nher Real Savvy Moms show in hot spots around the world. Boy could we have used her tonight.
