We started the show with good friend Matt Bryzcki, author of Youth Fitness: An Action Plan for Shaping America\'s Kids. Matt is the Assistant Director of Campus Recreation at Princeton University and has over 25 years experience at the collegiate level as a coach, instructor and administrator. Tonight he talked about the importance of doing each repetition in your strength training workout with good form and energy. He also had some great tips to help you choose your next personal trainer.
