On tonight\'s show,\\xa0Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy get the skinny\\nabout an innovative copyrighted series of movements that will help you\\nlose inches without weights, equipment or jumping called T-Tapp. T-Tapp\\nwas developed by the off the charts with energy Teresa Tapp. She told\\nus how she developed her amazing techniques while working with top\\nmodels in Europe. I\'m talking Claudia Schiffer and others. Remember\\nmodels really don\'t care what they weigh as much as how they fit into\\ntheir clothes. So Teresa\'s T-Tapp is very comprehensive in delivering\\nfat loss, weight loss and inch loss as well as increasing your overall\\nheath, energy and fitness. You don\'t have to be superfit to do her\\ntechnique in fact she had Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy doing some of the\\nexercises on the air. She was talking us through it and the Fat Guy\\nalmost did it. I wish we had a webcam so you could have seen it. Dr Beck has been appearing everywhere in fact when I\\ngot home from the show I opened my Health magazine and there she was in\\nthere . Well Dr Beck is an authority in cognitive therapy and she uses\\nthose techniques to help people lose weight. She doesn\'t care as much\\nabout which diet you are using as long as you eat less calories she\\ncares more about how you are going about the weight loss process. It is\\nhere where she is very helpful. Some of the weight loss tips she gave\\nour listeners were: pre-plan your eating each day; only eat sitting\\ndown, remind yourself that hunger is never an emergency. She had many\\nmore tips but you\'ll have to listen to the show with a pencil and paper\\nto get them all. Who would have\\nthought?\\xa0 Anyone can follow the Fat Guy\'s eating exploits on\\nTwitter.\\xa0 Food journals are great ways to lose weight and the Fat Guy is\\nalways trying anything in order to lose those last 20 pounds. So take a peek\\ninto his food diary. You never know what he\'ll write. Somehow he can stay\\ncompliant to writing on Twitter but he can\'t fit in exercise each day. That\'s\\nright, moments after he eats something the Fat Guy Twitters about it and you\\ncan follow him so that one day if you try real hard you too can look like the\\nFat Guy. It is kind of\\nlike a kids version of TMZ or Entertainment Tonight mixed in with a little Wayne\'s World. Max recaps the week in entertainment\\nand gives his take and review of what he liked and didn\'t like on TV, at the\\nmovies, video games, in books and in music and even restaurant reviews.
