Creating & Experiencing a Felt Shift in Life (Focusing in Meditation)

This talk explores how focusing, a method of insight developed by the late psychiatrist Eugene Gendlin—especially when used as a meditation practice similar to the Buddha's Vedananusati, or awareness of feelings—can create an important shift in the way we somatically process experience, which in turn can lead to real behavioral change.
