Sam and I discuss his role at Oklahoma starting with the conception of his position, through the summer, and into the season. Sam dives into his role in both the training program and practice monitoring, and how they've made adjustments to the training, and what the goals of these adjustments are. He also gets into how recovery work fits into his position, and where he see's the future of Performance Manager's in football.
