Today we are joined by Liberty University’s Director of Olympic Sports, Henry Barrera to discuss how his building blocks to his programming and department. This idea of filters and frame work have been how Henry has challenged himself to continue to evolve by increasing the ways he is able to evaluate what he’s doing. Henry shares with us how this was put together and what has been driving him forward with these ideas and pushing him to evolve his philosophy. This leads him down the rabbit hole of how this impacts their entire performance team, and how these are the backbones that help with communication and improving their ability to assist their student athletes.
