In this weeks edition of The Podcast Gary Boros joins us to discuss training athletes in the collegiate setting. After a brief run down of how he got to Denver we talk about his role there and what he’s looking at at this moment with his student athletes, and how his background has had pro’s and con’s to the 4 groups of people gets to work with. He then shares with us where his mentors have impacted him in programming, what he’s brought with him to Denver, and where are some small alterations he has made along the way. Gray then runs down the assessment rabbit hole sharing with us how he and his sports medicine professional set up warmups and exercise prescription for each individual student athlete. We finish off by discussing how he determines where they are finding success with training and where they need to make changes to the programs.
