Today we are joined by Mike Boykin to discuss the development of a coach. Mike starts out sharing with us what his thoughts were going into his three-year mentorship/internship position that led to an assistant position at ALTIS and then coaching his own group of athlete’s. We then get into some “Ah-ha” moments and top lessons he took from his time there that carry over to each portion of developing athlete’s, and how autonomy is a big driver towards the success of the athlete’s he worked with.
